How long it takes to do caricature?
Our ordering system will tell you the predicted completion time according to your order detail, the orders on our hand, and our current manpower. It usually take one or two business days. And you'll know the predicted completion time before you place your order.
Will my photo be kept private?
YES! We respect your privacy. Due to we guarantee a close likeness of the person from your photos. Without your consent, we won't demo your photos which you sent to us.
Should I sign up to buy iCartoon caricature?
No! You can manage your order by the order key sent to your email. If you sign up as our member, you can manage your order directly from your account, and all the orders associated to your account are login required, even somebody know your order key, they still need to login to access your order.
I fail to upload photo. What can I do?
We can upload the photo for you. Just email us the photos, and tell us who you want us to draw.
Then, an order key will be sent to you. You can use the order key to continue your ordering process, including order edit, order description, make an advance payment, online preview & approval, and download accesses.
What kind of file format do you provide?
We make your caricature in Adobe PSD format for download. In addition, we provide you an online free resize/crop widget, which enable you to convert the file format to PNG and JPG.
If you need BMP, TIF format, we can convert the file format and email to you. Or you can just use Photoshop or GIMP to convert the PSD to any format.
What if I have no Photoshop to open the PSD file?
Please remember our online resize/crop widget can help you in some simple revisions, for example, to select a desired area in your picture, resize it, and save to JPG or PNG.
If you want to do some complicated re-drawing without Photoshop. You can use GIMP to open the PSD file. GIMP is the GNU Image Manipulation Program. It is freely distributed and developed by GIMP team. In addition, it is a famous open source project.

How can I print? How to find a print center?
It is suggested that you go to your local print center to do the printing, and this is the cheaper and faster way to do it.
You can use Google Map to search a nearby print center by the following simple steps:
- visit the google map at maps.google.com, and enter your address
- click 'Search nearby' in the left side panel, and enter the search term, e.g.'print center'. Then google will find the nearby print center for you.
- Go to the print center, choose the paper and the print size, give them the PSD file or tell them the public url of the download accesses from our website.
