I want him to hold a beer in one hand and the food in the other hand while wearing a t-shirt with the Logo of his baseball team:
The beer has to be the one in the picture called "beer" ( It is from his home country)
The food would like it to look like the one in the picture called "arepa"
The logo that i would like to be in the t-shirt is called " Logo to be used in t-shirt". If the logo is too big to be on a shirt,  maybe we could put it on a baseball hat if you think it looks better.

I've attached an additional picture of him in case is necessary but I would like you to use the screaming face in the picture called "Javier"

We would like this person to have a crown on her head.  We often affectionately call her the queen.  If there was a way to draw a business background but have her office look regal within a business environment--perhaps a regal chair or throne at her computer or something of that nature.  However, we would like her to be dressed in a modern and stylish business suit.  She is young and very professional but loves fashion and always looks her best.  She is a Human Resource Director for a chemical company. She is moving to a new position within the company and we are giving this as a farewell gift.  

NOTE: We would need the final version no later than Thursday, March 19.  Is this possible?

Please delete the brown M&M from the gavel. Put character in a red short-sleeved dress with a crew neck collar and a necklace. Hang the shopping bag on her left shoulder.  In her left hand add a laptop computer. Put the Junior League of Nashville logo on the front of the podium.  Eliminate the words "president 2012-13". thank you.

Hi!  This looks fantastic!! Only one small revision. The lady in the back is reading a Cosmopolitan magazine, however I wanted her to be holding a Cosmopolitan cocktail.  (A pink drink in a martini glass).  And then it will be PERFECT! Many thanks.

Team farewell: Cigarette company JTI, brand department and we represent the Super Value team, responsible for 3 brands: Legend, Studio and LD.
